We ran a pilot order of 500 units and tracked defect rates through two assembly lines.

  • Would you order again at the same MOQ?
  • How was communication when a dimension was out of tolerance?

We can share our checklist template if helpful.

Pilot orders really help before committing to a full container.

For payment terms, we never go 100% upfront with a new vendor.

We added a second inspector and the defect rate dropped noticeably.
